Overview:
Are you ready to join a dynamic nonprofit startup with a mission to change the world? Fireflies is looking for a versatile and resourceful individual to become our Social Media and IT Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage our social media presence while also taking charge of our IT infrastructure, media documents, devices, and security. Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Lead the management of our social media accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Your goal will be to craft engaging content that not only tells our story but inspires and mobilizes others to get involved. 
  Example: Develop a monthly content calendar with a mix of posts, stories, and interactive content to maintain an active and engaged social media presence.
• Content Creation: Drive the creation and editing of content that captures our mission and resonates with our audience.
  Example: Design and execute a video series that showcases our work and impact, uploading them regularly to our social media platforms.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize social media analytics to monitor our progress, identify trends, and make necessary adjustments to optimize our online presence.
  Example: Regularly review and analyze the performance metrics of our social media content to assess what works best and make data-backed recommendations for improvements.
• IT and Device Management: Oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, including the management of devices, media documents, and website security.
  Example: Ensure the security and safety of our website, safeguarding the organization’s online presence.
• Volunteer Database: Manage our volunteer database and prepare forms. 
  Example: Maintain an organized and up-to-date volunteer database, streamlining communication and coordination with our volunteer team.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in social media management.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Basic video recording and editing skills.
• Experience with managing volunteer databases and forms.
• Experience with website analytics and security is a plus.

Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary in the range of 174,000 to 186,000 INR.
• Five-day workweek with Saturdays off. Please note that some of our events may occur on weekends. We value flexibility and are open to discussions about shifting your off days to accommodate team needs. Your adaptability is highly welcomed.

Probation Period:
The contract for this role is for one year. The initial three months will serve as a mutual adjustment period, allowing both you and our team to understand each other better.
